Yes — the package ships as a Cheat Engine table plus a Lua script, so you'll need a recent Cheat Engine build (7.5 or newer recommended). The script loads automatically when you open the table.
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. Run Cheat Engine as administrator so it can attach to the game process, and add an exclusion in your antivirus if it flags the trainer — that's a common false positive for memory-editing tools.
